Entrees are seriously one of the hardest things for me to make.  Since I quit breast feeding I don't stress as much about it, but it really is difficult to make a good, flavorful meal without dairy, onions, garlic, corn, rice, or tomatoes.  So far its a work in progress, but I am determined to get there eventually.  In the meantime, enjoy what I've come up with thus far.
