Soup, Salad, and side dishes are some of the easiest dishes to make.  Therefore, I have a lot of them and often eat these instead of a full-fledged meal.  They are loaded with healthy ingredients that won't leave you hungry however, so eating any of these delicious side dishes for a meal actually works out quite well.
